Apple silicon features the Apple MacBook Pro for the first time in a line that includes the company's custom ARM based silicon chip. This feat in engineering deserves praise. It took a while to achieve this sleek, powerful, yet energy-efficient laptop. This new model is 6K more powerful than its predecessor and features a spatial audio system, USB4 ports, and an adapter that's much more efficient.
Apple is always busy developing new products, it's no secret. The company has released new iPhones and iPads, and has been steadily improving its Mac line. For this year's Macintosh line, the new 13-inch model features a faster processor, more memory options and a better image signal processor. It boasts a six-watt adapter which is six times as powerful as the previous model. And with a battery life of nearly six hours, it's a worthy successor to the last generation.

Apple is apparently also developing a Mac mini, a much more expensive model. It's likely to be available in the near future. Further, the company has been working to develop its own silicon chips and it is likely that they will use them in the next generation MacBook Pro.
Apple M2, a cutting edge 5nm TSMC process is another product that has been added to the Apple M2 line of products. It is expected to be used in a number Macs. It isn’t a revolutionary chip, but it has many notable features including 20,000,000 transistors, 50 per cent more memory bandwidth, and six percent less power consumption. These are all big wins for Apple, which has been criticized for the lack of innovation in its consumer electronics product line.
A redesigned Mac Air with MagSafe support, and a redesigned MacBook Pro will be available in 2022. Apple could become a major player in personal computing if it can achieve these goals. If it can keep up the pace with the competition. It will also depend on how much the consumer is willing to spend on tech.
We'll be content with the current MacBook Air and the latest MacBook Pro, which are both more affordable. Apple did not announce any major product launches since October but it reported a strong December quarter. In particular, Mac unit shipments grew 6.2%. We can only conclude that Apple is making a lot of money, considering that it holds the largest share in the smartphone market. With the new model and a rumored refresh coming this year, we'll be seeing a whole lot more of these machines.

So what's the tech craze? Aside from Apple's new products, we've seen the introduction of a couple of cool new apps, such as the Apple News and Watch. Apple has also been busy developing a variety of new features like the all-new iOS 12 as well as its sleek new iOS-powered Apple CarPlay.
