Nokia 3.2 Review

family travel

The nokia is a great budget phone thanks to its large display and stock Android experience. It has a huge battery, and many features that aren't available on lower-end smartphones.

smartphone build quality

Its build is a very important feature. The Nokia 3.2 comes with a strong and durable polycarbonate unit that is designed to withstand a lot of abuse. We did notice that the rear surface is very glossy and prone to scratches. A case would be a good idea to protect this.

Software and software updates

Nokia 3.2 ships with Android Pie 9.0 out-of-the box, and as part of Android One's programme, it promises to receive timely updates. This is a great feature since not many devices at this price point offer OS updates for more than two years, let alone security patches that last three years.

Digital Wellbeing is a feature that's important for a budget smartphone. It has a physical button for Google Assistant and an on-screen shortcut as well.

Tests and reviews of cameras

The front camera of the nokia is a 5-megapixel sensor with fixed focus. It also has an aperture size of f/2.4. These are standard features for a midrange smartphone. It takes good selfies that are smooth and have minimal distortion.

We noticed some noise and grainy texture in our low-light test. It was a disappointment, as we were expecting better results.

audio testing and reviews

The 3.2 has a single, side-firing speaker that is good for its small size. However, it does not produce a lot of bass. The sound is comparable to that of other budget phones in this price range. However, if you are an audiophile then you should invest in good earphones.

screen and display

The 6.26 inch HD+ display of the Nokia 3.2 features an 80% screen to body ratio, and has a waterdrop notch at the top. The resolution is 1520x720 in a 19:9 aspect ratio, which is on par with the latest competition.

Battery life

The nokia 3.2 is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 429 processor with Adreno 504 GPU. It is available in 2GB RAM + 16GB storage and 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variants. A microSD external card can increase the internal and RAM memory up to 400GB.

Performance and Speed

The performance of the nokia 3.2 is not impressive, particularly when it comes multitasking or gaming. It has trouble loading apps and stutters when it comes to animation. It is slow, even though the device was designed to provide a stock Android interface.

design and screen comparisons

The front of the nokia 3.2 is dominated by its waterdrop notch, which gives it a very attractive look. Compared to the notch on the nokia 3.1, this one is less obvious and feels more natural.
