2020 Kia Rio Review

The 2020 Kia Rio will suit your needs, whether you need a small car with a low price and a reliable vehicle. It's a small hatchback that's durable and affordable.

The Kia Rio is affordable, but it has many features that will please everyone. It's comfortable to use and has a well-designed inside.

The dashboard is simple and sophisticated but also logically designed for ease of use. The infotainment screen can be found near the top of your dashboard. Controls for stereo, air conditioner and other features can be found in logically placed places.

There is plenty room in the front, and there's plenty of headroom for anyone over six-foot tall. However, there is not much legroom in rear seats. The trunk space is also limited.

With large cupholders and door bins, as well as a usefully-sized glovebox and cupholders for your drinks, storage is good. A few models also have a cubbyhole under the center armrest.

Kia has made some updates to the Rio for 2020. It now comes standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a new engine and transmission and more standard safety equipment than ever before.

The model this year combines a new, 1.6-liter, four cylinder engine with a continuous variable automatic transmission. This makes the vehicle more fuel efficient and quieter that its 130-hp predecessor. According to the EPA it will reach 33 mpg in the city and 41 on the highway.

The engine is a fine choice for the Rio because it's very fuel-efficient and it delivers plenty of performance, too. There are two trim options available for the engine: LX, and S. Each comes with an 8.2-inch touchscreen and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto capabilities.

The Rio's strength is its appearance, which is very similar to a European sedan. This means that it will fit right in suburban driveways. The rear is also less bulky, making it easier for you to park and load your cargo.

Although the exterior styling is less conservative than in previous models, it still has an appealing design and a distinct appearance that makes it stand out from other subcompact vehicles. The front end is equipped with a chrome "tigernose" which can be modified for different models. A choice of body colours is also available.

A new GT Line is also available, featuring a unique grille with 17-inch alloy wheels. The GT Line also adds black and grey seats, and a sportier steering wheel with a red stitch.

Although the Rio isn’t a standout vehicle, it does have a lot to offer and Kia’s warranty coverage is excellent. The warranty includes five years or 60,000 miles of bumper-to-bumper coverage and 10 years or 100,000 miles of powertrain coverage.
